FAULTY SECURITY DOOR

Bought a security gate from GRIDBLOK (HYPERDOOR). a Few days after installation I noticed there is already one rivet broken. Contacted them and arranged for them to come fix it. (since they evidently do not have quality control on their products) The time was arranged for 11am. (ELEVEN IN THE MORNING)
They arrived 9.50 the morning and found nobody home. (Since we arranged for 11.00 what do they expect?)
They then rescheduled for 2pm that same afternoon and never showed up again. The next day I got a call to say that if they come out now they will charge me R500!
R500 to fix a problem that should not have been there?!
R500 because they can't keep to an agreed time?
R500 for their lack of quality control!
All I can say is if I knew what I know now I would have gone for the slightly more expensive Maxidor or Trellidor options. Extremely disappointed with their ARROGANCE in handling a matter that was evidently THEIR fault.
