I made arrangement to pay my account which was in arrears with the Joshua Doore store in Randburg for R500 to be debited every month from my account (you are most welcome to listen to your call recordings). After making the arrangement an amount of R316 has been debited from my account instead of the R500 which was arranged. I called in the store again to advise one of the accounts clerk that the amount arranged was R500 and not R316 as they have deducted. Subsequesnt to the arrangement being made Ive been harrassed by JJ Haremse and associates constantly for the last three months demanding that I pay double my agreed installments. After explaining to them all the time that I have kept my end of the bargain and have been making payments as per agreement with Joshua Doore, they keep harassing me. Call agin today from JJ Haremse And Associates to tell me that if i dont make a double payment I will be blacklisted for 5 years. Could someone please sort this out immediately as they will blacklist me at 5pm today
