I think this is so bad to get a response out of a supplier by coming to Hello Peter, but it looks like it's the only way it works. I had my alarm triggering at odd hours of the morning for no apparent reason. After the third call I told the operator that I think that the alarm might be faulty. He told me that he will log a call with technical and that they will call me the following morning. NOTHING. I tried to call John Taylor on his cell phones but all I get is THE SUBSCRIBE YOU HAVE DIALED IS NOT AVAILABLE. Last night the same thing happened starting at around 11 and we told them that it might be the alarm again. They send somebody out to check just in case and found nothing. The alarm went off again and nobody even called. What am I paying for then. I think maybe it's time to find another company, because it's good to take my money and then I have to beg you to repair your product that I'm paying for. If this is not sorted out by Tuesday 11/06/2013, I will stop my debit order and you will not get a cent out of me.
