19th July 2013 was first at house in Margate where garden chairs were, no entry to house. Saturday 27th July garage window was broken and garage door forced and items from garage - after 3 calls to ADT a response vehicle came out. Wednesday 31st July an intruder was seen on property - no response to panic button. Got through to call centre after 4 attempts and patrol of yard was arranged and a gate key given to ADT employee.
Friday 2nd August went to work and set alarm. At 12.34 ADT called to say house was secure!! Not so, a brick had been thrown through kitchen window and burglars had entered house. At 16.30 ADT was called and once again it took 4 calls to get through to ADT. On Thursday 8th August the house was hit again, this time through the bedroom window, despite brand new burglar bars - ADT had not responded. Was subsequently told that the signal was not reaching the control room - but it had been sorted out.
BUT house was robbed again yesterday 12th August at same entry point and once again ADT had not responded or been aware of any problem. This is absolutely not acceptable.
