IN ORDER TO HEAR THE NATURE OF MY COMPLAINT I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE IN TOP STRUCTURE MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT ME, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS THEY ARE PATHETIC. IF I AM NOT CONTACTED WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS TODAY I WILL CANCEL MY ADT SERVICE WHICH I HAVE HAD FOR 10 YEARS.
