Nearly 2 years ago a lady promoting ADT in Builders Warehouse Menlyn convinced me to use ADT again as I am staying in a complex and cancelled a previous contract because of access problems into the complex.
She explained that they now have a new security box/device that cannot be off the outside wall that will house a remote.
I entered into the agreement only to have this security box off the wall opened and have the individuals gain access the premises and break into number 8 in our complex - same day.
I immediatelly phoned ADT and they advised me tat this was the 3rd complaint of the same nature and they will get back to me. Needless to say to date more than 18 months later I still have had no feedback,
On teh 21st of January 2013 my alarm was triggered by my animals - ADT only responded 10 minutes later. I lodged an complaint on the ADT website (received an automated response) and to date no one has contacted me. Again I wanted to take these two issues up with ADT and lodged another request for someone to contact me on the 3rd of June 2013. (received an automated repsonse) - in the query I also said I would like to cancel my contract. And guess what...
