Dear Avon. I issued a complaint on Tuesday 23 October 2012 entitled 'POOR CUSTOMER CARE' and I cannot believe that it has been almost a year, nine months to be exact, and STILL no-one has contacted me directly to try and resolve my initial complaint. This is shocking!! How can you let complaints such as these, especially regarding an allergic reaction, go unresolved?? I feel that issues of this nature are serious and should not be left alone. Thank you.
