Inability to give basic customer care

In the early hours of Saturday morning my car was vandalized. It was parked in the yard of Katerina Place, a flat managed by trinity properties. The car was parked near the security outhouse as our registered parking shelter has been broken for weeks. What my problem was is that there was public drunken disorderly behavior by tenants that was left unattended and unreported. A neighbor informed us that our car was attacked. It was sprayed with a fire extinguisher& the rear windscreen was bashed in. We tried for hours to contact the flat management& security management to report to no avail. When we finally got a hold of Brenda from Trinity Properties she brushed us off& said they are not liable. We do not want her to pay, We want to feel valued as customers. Till today there has been no communication from the flat management or security management. We question our safety in this property.
