NO RESPONSE FROM ADT MANAGEMENT

I logged a call with ADT technical department to investigate false alarm activations. A tecnhician attended twice but could not FIx the problem and advised that a team needed to be sent to investigate. I was billed R500 for this technician. ADT then confirmed a booking with this team AT A COST. I disputed the cost and was told that it had to be paid, even if I was being billed for the previous technician who didnt fix the issue. I asked for this to be escalated to management and have yet to receive a call from management (Waldo Smith) This was last Thursday 27 June! I have tried to contact Waldo Smith all week and have escalated again even threatening to cancel my contract but to no avail. I have also tried to get in touch with the accounts department who billed me incorrectlly and they too have not responded. Shocked with the lack of service from ADT after not even a month of signing up.
