We applied for an Adt security system to be installed in our house two weeks ago, the lady that was there (Yolande) said that someone from Adt will contact us to arrange for the installation that was on the 17th of June, it is the 1st of July today and no one from adt has contacted us ever since, I have phoned Yolande numerous of times to find out when the technicians are coming to install our alarm system and she just keeps on telling me that someone from Adt will phone me to make arrangements, what kind of service is this? Is this how you treat your new customers? If this alarm isn't installed by tomorrow afternoon I am going to cancel this contract.
