Its been over two weeks and still no alarm system

I met with Arnold on the 7th of December and signed the contract and paid for the alarm system. Today the 17th i called him to ask when the installation will happen and Arnold said that its not his responsibility and that i must call the technical department. I called and was told by Mothlatsi that my documents are still being processed by the admin department and can expect a call next week. NOTE that i cannot insure my house contents without an alarm system. ADT take your money first and then it takes a month for them to install a system.
