Money being deducted from banking account illegall

Tracker installed a tracker device in my car with the permission of Budget Insurance without my knowledge and approval.
I requested them to remove the device, but they don't want too. Now they just deducting premiums from my account on a monthly basis.
As stated I never gave permission to install the device.
