I am very upset with the disgusting service. I called several times to change my banking details however nothing has been done. For the past two months I've made eft payments and sent the proof of payment to Altech. I get a statement every month which clearly shows that my account is up to date. A debit order almost triple my installment gets deducted after I've sent proof of payment called the useless call centre however you guys still tell me that I am in arrears after the proof of payment was sent to you. Please rectify your mistake asap before i take this matter further. I've sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] however i never get a response.
