I am highly disappointed with Netstar! I made a payment on the 30th of August and sent though proof of payment to customer care because my previous debit order bounced, I called last week and confirmed receipt of payment proof, I was also advised that my new account will not be debited until october so I must make sure there are funds in my previous account, This morning I got a message that you debited my NEW account! There are NO FUNDS IN THAT ACCOUNT! Now I must pay the fees for the debit order!
I will not tolerate people debiting my account unnecessarily!! I am highly upset and disappointed with this service! Andries assisted me as best he could this morning but I am LIVID with Netstar!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO LONGER A NECESSITY ANYMORE! and people feel they can just debit your account whenever the feel like it! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
