This is the 10th time for the month that i send proof that my accounts are up to date and paid i send proof to Sisa Flatela [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and none of them is updating that my account is paid. i call the call centre everyday to update my bank details they still debit my old bank account and i must pay the hop debits everytime. this is getting out of control im even disputing it with the credit buero thats how far its gone coz it shows in arrears. how many times must i sent proof how many times must i call in and email and put it on hello peter sisa cant assist me his useless and other agents when i ask for statemnts they send me 2012 statements whats going on in the call centres if they cant do the job give it to ppl who can. i putting this on facebook and twitter the world must know how useless cell c is. someone better investigatye my accounts and update it coz i paid more then i shoyuld and im in credit not arrears this started in april when i got the wrong statement and since then nothing is going right, g@tvol now that im prepares to get a lawyer to investigate all cell c conplaints and sue cell c call me if u in on it.
