I called dstv (multichoice cable subscription) about my billing account of which i called in to let them know a payment was made while providing proof with a payment receipt. I still received a notification stating i have an account in arrears. i sent to emails with proof of payment to the inquiries desk.
email was sent to
[Email Removed] and a cc to [Email Removed]
Proof of payment was sent to them and i received 2 ref numbers 3100543 and 3155574 of which no response was received.
I feel cheated and i have asked them to adjust my payments as i do not want to pay for double subscription
