I have been dealing with Mashudu with regards to getting my account back up to date and changing my banking details. She is just one of those annoying people who really don' care about us. She gave me her email address to send her my new banking details, I did sent her the information but she never responded up until I got frustrated and sent her another email if all is in order. When I got my statement that showed that my payment hadn't been updated and asked her to track my payment she asked for proof of payment I sent it to her, she forwarded it to some person called Thuli Motha to check the person and that Thuli Motha never said a word till today, it was the 11 Oct. when I was CC'd, I sent a follow-up email still nothing.
Can somebody competent enough please give me a call and help me with this. I just don't understand how these women just sit there the whole day and ignore our emails.
