I renewed my Netstar contract in January this year. The contract was ment to be paid monthly but Netstar made a mistake of loading it as a once of payment. I queried this with a particular individual at Netstar who ensured it will be sorted out. However, the following month the same problem occurred. I called the same individual again who said its now sorted out. The same incident occurred for the next two months.
Eventually, it seemed to have been sorted out until today when i get a call from the same individual who helped me. He said my account in in arrears as I havent settled the account. I have been paying the monthly instalment since January as agreed. I have all proof of payments. Go and pull out all the conversations I have had with Netstar. I have all correspondence as well.
