Still nothing...

Spoke to Louise, The CC Supervisor and I made it clear that if the refund is not processed on the 14 June 2013, which I was promised it will, I will have to take this to the papers & her response was " Yes you can do that"
I then asked for her Manager, Dorothy, who promised that she will get back to me on the refund on Wednesday... guess what I am still waiting...
Left 3 messages for Dorothy yesterday as well...& what do you know ..nothing.

Spoke to Vusi today and made it very clear that the money needs to be in my account by 12h00 pm on the 21 June 2013. He also promised to call me back as well.

If you Managers and Supervisors can give this service how long do you expect to be in business.

I have spent nothing less than an hour a day from my mobile and work phone with ADT and I will be invoicing ADT with that bill as well.
