Firstly my premiums has been increasing without any notifications. At first I thought it was a mistake but when the debit order went out of my account I immediately contact them. The call centre agent was not very helpful and said I should e-mail my complaint to [Email Removed] which I did. Within a matter of days they came back to me and decreased my debit order with R35 which at the time I thought it was reasonable, but then I asked my friend who is staying next to informal settlements in Lenasia Extension 10, how much is he paying ADT and he disclose the amount to me and he is paying far less then what I am paying. My area is much better and safer and less crime but I have to pay more for the same services. ADT is very inconsistent and I refuse to pay more then what he does. My cousin is staying in Horizon and is paying /-R200 for the same services. I have mailed them again with my dissatisfaction of inconsistent billing but they are not contacting me and it has been a week now that has gone by and I just think that I am paying for services and the customer service is terrible.
