I have signed up with ADT 3 weeks ago, and have noticed a week later that the alarm system is not working properly. I called the call center, I was put on hold to speak to the Technician and after 10 mins of holding on, the call was cut off. I tried calling the consultant, Danie Oosthuizen, who did get the alarm installed and he didnt take my calls due to this issue.
I need assistance with this matter ASAP or I demand a full refund of installation fee and monthly premium.
I paid a fee for installation and expect a full and proper service for what I paid for!!
