My tracker has not been working since January this year. Went to a fitting agent to get it checked, the only option they gave me was to upgrade the unit or pay for an expensive check to see if there was anything faulty with the connection.
Since January I reported the unit was not working, however they have continued to bill me every month!
They are billing for a service they don't provide, I am still waiting for the call back from the agent.
