Pathetic service - Pay pay pay and pay more policy

I took my car in for service and after the service I realised that my tracker systems was not responding when arming it. I then ran a test through head office just to confirm if my unit is indeed not working, which then was confirmed that I need to get it checked.

My unit is 1 year old and it was confirmed by head office that its is still under warranty therefore all the work will be free of charge. I took the car to the technicians only to be informed that, just to check my car I'll have to pay. Again if its discovered that the fault was caused by the garage servicing my car I'd have to pay.

How nice, pay to have your car checked, pay for fixing a tracker system that is under warranty, Any tempering with the tracker unit by the garage is deemed to be the customers fault. (keep in mind that I have no idea how the unit looks and where is it mounted in the car). My advice to the public is if you want to pay, pay, and pay sum more fit Netstar in your car. That way you can rest assured that you'd have to pay for your car to be serviced and to get your tracking system re-activated should there be any problems.

Netstar is only interested in your money. NETSTAR = BAD FINANCIAL MOVE
