After my complaint in March, ADT did come and repair my alarm which I paid for a year and 4 months and had no armed response because their service technician stated there is no signal at my house. All of a sudden my system works now and I paid 16 months with no coverage. The were times when a service technician came out and had no success. After my wife were overwhelmed by men at our gate, we had to pay service bills every time plus monthly description for services. The system did not work after that until and I made numerous complaints with no feedback. my Hello Peter complaint worked but now they are charging me R2900 for the technician. The same technician were here before and stated there is no signal at my house. ADT claims now lightning stuck my house more than a year back, but the technician could not find the problem. All my other appliances are working. Since day one when they installed ADT, I had no service and had to pay monthly contributions as mentioned. ADT who is suppose to protect me, no threaten they will cut my service which they can do cause I never had service. I feel after all my payments and previous service accounts, this one has to be on them.
