On the 1st August 2013 I had an alarm system installed at my home. Having paid in full and a months armed response upfront. After many calls to Heino and never really getting any proper response the system is still faulty. The technician had to read up in a book how to set the system. After many excuses and failed attempts to repair the system it is still not working. I cannot get Heino to come out and fix it - the technician is baffled as he claims it should work. I even contacted a Dean Snowball but he does not answer his phone or it goes to voicemail.Pro-Active are an agent of ADT in our area.
