Threat towards my security to sell product

Moved to new home.
Sales person Desmond told us that the area in which I bought my house was very insecure
In order for him to sell me an armed response cover.
This has left my family unsettled and has caused unwanted stress to which I have seeked and informed my insurer and attorney to file a civil suit against Blue Security.
I spoke to the branch manager, to come over to my home to rectify, to which he has failed to do.
This has landed the elder folks in much stress to which they need be medicated to offer them some stability and peace.
I will see the management of Blue in court as I am preparing documentation to furnish my legal to see this matter in court.
