Our alarm system has not been working since February and we have been caling the call centre since.
They had indicated that they would send through a technician, but never did.
When the complaint arose the system was still under guarantee but now it is out of guarantee.
They now insist that we have to pay for the repairs yet they were debiting the account for an alarm system that has not been working for 5 months and now want us to pay even more money so that they can fix their system.
we cant even change service providers as we signed a 3 year contract.
SUCH RUBBISH SERVICE, I AM SURPRISED HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS
