False accusation and billing

On the 27th Dec a debit of R400 went through my account, as they notified me of which I have no idea what for, then on the 2nd they tried to debit my account R200, so I called them and logged on my bank account a lady handling my account Khomotso, tells me I owe them R800 since July they haven't received payment, I track it on my bank account n no sign of reversals, so I ask them to send me a statement it reflects the R200 outstanding which I asked for which month they can't tell me, this is disgusting.
