Debiting account for end of July payment

Would like to know who gives you permission to debit my bank account with a payment that is only due the end of July? After the problems I had last month with 8ta taking an extra R400 off my account, now I have been hit with a double debit against my account. The payment for June and July combined on the 15th of the month. Am already sorry that I renewed my contract with you.
