Tracker not working and Bad Customer Service

I received an sms about paying my account on the3rd Jan 2014, I called to enquire about why and I was pushed from one department to my another. Some of the consultants were dropping the line on me. I sent bank statement as proof that the last debit was successful and there was no attempt made by Netstar to debit my account in December nor January until the sms. I have not received any feedback as yet about my account being sent to legal whilst it was Netstar who failed to debit as normal. I reported my alarm is not working on the 2nd Jan 2014, everytime I spoke to someone, I was told it will be activated. Its now the 8th and its still not working. I called to test if they could trace my car and to my shocking realization, the consultant I spoke to today could not trace my vehicle. How do I continue to use such a service where I don't receive any feedback nor proper service. I have tried calling the call centre numerous times and the lines are constantly busy. I have spent almost R200 of airtime calling the legal department and the netstar call centre and I'm still left with no direction of my account being sorted nor my car alarm working. I WANT TO FLIIPPEN CANCEL THIS SERVICE!!
