Joing 8-ta if u want bad billing n dont care attit

On March couldn't pay my monthly installment, as account my result I called 8-ta to debit my account twice, but what they did was to keep on trying to debit my account every five days n I kept on getting charged R6.5. that was not a problem so far coz I was owing one month and current. On the 15th they closed my service and got a message to make payment arrangement with Joseph. spoke to joseph and he said I must pay R776, which will be for previous and current month. On the 27th of may I paid R776 which made my account to be on current, but they kept on trying to debit my bank account. as a result I kept getting charged bank charges. my account with them was on current so they had no business trying to debit t my bank account. I requested them to refund me the bank charges every time I called they request me to fax my bank statement which I did. even today they haven't received it but I faxed it over 6 times to their fax and emailed it 10 times but they haven't received it even today and they have closed my query without even calling me to inform that the 6 fax's and 10 emails. I came across a company that don't care about their client so much. I am regretting ever joining 8-ta
