Cancelled account still gets debited fo

I cancelled my Nestar in July last year (2012) I called to see it was done and no they knew nothing about it. I called a month later and still Nestar new nothing about me cancelling my account, I send letters, called and still nothing in the mean time I was debited for the R 165.00 on my account. I finally received a letter dated that my account was cancelled dated 03-12-2012. and still I pay. I pulled a statement tonight and noticed my account is still be debited. I have called Nestar about this and they said they would re-emburse me the fee and Nothing. I have called the Consumer Board, they informed me I am due the full amounts owing for me for every month they where not supposed to debit the account, bank charges for the debit transaction and lastly interest lost on those fees. Or I must sue them... I have send the last email to netstar and then will see them in court even if it takes 3 years, its now the principle about debiting accounts and cancelling accounts when the service provider pleases and not the clients
