I had purchased a new car. I have a MATRIX device fitted in my car. I called the call centre to find out what the process is. After many calls, I got through to Curtis/Curt, i explained the situation he told me i can deactivate the one the old car and then install one in the car. He told me because i had taken out a cash package i would have to pay 2400 for this. I told home i did not pay cash for it, its a rental agreement of 179 p/m, increased to 189 January 2013. He said if it was not cash then i would pay for this installation. He told me that he will refer the call to scheduling and they will contact me. So no one contacted me, i called again and spoke to Nontu Paleso she told me no she does not know what he told me but that is not the process. I told her that i will not accept that., I tried to get information, held on relentlessly at these numbers, got through to rude agents, provided with the incorrect information. This is not my problem. Everybody you speak gives you a different view of what i should do. When i tried to speak to Curtis's manager he said he is not allowed to give out any numbers. This is not acceptable!!! whats bad service and issues of integrity. BADCOMPANY
