Poor service received from Matrix

My wife was hijacked on Saturday 03/08/2013 around 19:30, i called Matrix at 19:41 to advise them of the incident and asked them to track my vehicle. I follow up with them at 19:59 as i was in Soweto when the incident took place in Bramley, I was told by Matrix staff that they were working with the police to track the vehicle, later told there was no signal to track my Vehicle. Police recovered my vehicle on Sunday around 13:00 pm, Matrix contacted me on Monday 5/08/2013 at 9:31 to inform me that they were still tracking my vehicle and i told them that i was at Sandrigham police station as my car was recovered. He then asked me to contact him as soon as i have confirmation from the police that the vehicle has been recovered. i told the guy that i wont he must contact me after an hour if his interested. which he did not contact me as expected. My frustrations are why have i been paying Matrix for more than 5 years for service which was not provided when most needed? why was i not informed if the unit was not working as it did not pick up any signal when my vehicle was? The vehicle was not in a bad condition when it was recovered only valuables and speakers were taken.
