I normally do a test on my tracking device about every six months. I have changed to Beame by Matrix a few months ago. I called in on 11/08/2013 at 17:35 to do a test and was told that they only check if and when the vehicle is. I have however done a test previously and was delighted with the service and the quick response. I asked the agent Bithako if I could speak to a manager and he responded that the manager is busy and will call me back. I still asked if it will be on that day and he said yes. I am still waiting for a call back to verify that there is no test that can be done. Had I known this I would not have changed my tracking company. It is too late when a vehicle is and then only to figure out that the device is faulty. If this is so, I would not reccomend the Beame tracking device to anyone.
