In March 2013, I purchased the beam-e vehicle recovery unit; the call center agent from Matrix called me to arrange for the fitting of the unit at Car Lock Centre in Centurion on the 26 March 2013 at 16H00. Then I went to the dealer on that day, and they told me that the don't take cars take cars at that time and they don't know about my appointment. I had to make a new appointment for the following day, the 27 March 2013 at 15H00. I went there on that day and the fitted the device.
Then, the following day I called Matrix to test check the device, only to find that they can.t pick the signal and they told me they need to check the device. They will send the technician. I spoke to Botsana, Siva, Lesego at different days following up on this ref: 340238, then Melisa Smith gave me this ref:1343784, then follow up speaking to Nontu twice, then Siva again, then Curt, Botsana again and transfered to Malcom, he told me that he will speak to Mark Massin to speak to me. I am so fed up with these people, its been 5 months and they can't get to fix or replace the unit, yet they debit my account.
They are so much unreliable and can't their promises. No customer care at all. I am fed up.
