If it takes 4 days to track my vehicle im buggered

We recently installed Netstar to 4 vehicles, making a total of 9 on Netstar. None of these units seem to be working, as well as one of the older ones, that has not apparently worked since January 2013, whithout anyone picking this up. Shocking isn't it.

We sent an email asking to test these units on the 27th of May, by the 30th, no one had responded. I phoned Netstar and after holding for 15 minutes, was cut off. I phoned back, held on for 20 minutes and finally spoke to Nigel. He had me forward the email again, and then put me on hold. I was cut off again. I phoned back and was told he's on another call. I held on for 20 minutes then gave up and sent an email to him asking to phone me first thing in the morning.

It's now 8:58, no call. We did however receive an email from them this morning, informing us that the 4 units weren't working... REALLY?? I'm sure I TOLD YOU THIS!!!

So what exactly am I suppose to do? Fix them myself?? This is shocking. Including the boss's wife's Vito, we have 10 vehicles with Netstar, and this is the service we get??

Shocking!! I'm phoning C-Track after this!
