Bad service and unresponsiveness

Asked for a sales consultant to quote for replacement of 2 monitoring screens. Sales consultant visited site and quoted for what was required. Quote was provided stating that for upfront payment a 20% discount is applicable. Payment was made (less 20%) 6th April. To date 31st May, after numerous follow ups, always initiated by myself, i still do not have installation and ADT is unable to supply what was promised. Needless to say the money paid remains unrefunded, and no communication thereof from ADT is forthcoming.
