After being involved in an accident on the 10th Dec i took my vehicle to 2 panel shops on the 11th Dec. Auto panel was the first as it was closer to home and who happens to be a client of my husbands as well. To date i have not received a phone call nor a email with an apology nor any form of reasoning as to why i there is no quotation. The other panel shop sent me their quotation the same day. My husband who speak to Jacques 10 times a day ask Jacques why i have not received anything only for Jacques to advise that he never found the time to do it! if this is/was the case why could he not make contact with me as the client? With panel shops closing soon this time of year i feel that this is poor customers service and the fact that my husband is a supplier of his i would have expected even better service. Bottom line is i am still clients. why did everything else take preference over my quotation. I am very disappointed at the service Auto Panel has given thus far and would not recommend them to anyone going forward.
