On the 10 May 2013, reported C-Track on Hello Peter about my faulty tracking unit and after 30 minutes I receive a call from a lady by the name of Ms. Yolanda Zondo, Ctrack South Africa (Pty) Ltd, Executive Customer Service Desk Consultant. Who promise me to investigate my complains and give me feedback together with CTrach Management and up to date I've not receive any call or e-mail response. Again on the 22 May 2013 I send Yolanda Zondo and Ctrack management an e-mail and they've just ignore me.
"DO NOT TRUST OR INSTALL CTRACK TRACKER IN YOU VEHICLE PERIOD" I'm going to make it my personal mission to discredit CTrack to my family and friends. Group of incompeteng people and unrealible tracking company.
