I keep getting calls of alarm activation at awkward hours and when they investigate there is no problem at the premises. This went on for 2 weeks and then I requested that the system be checked and I have had it about a year. To my surprise I was told that a technician call out fee of R400 should be paid. I pay monthly fee for the service there. I strongly feel this should be included in the monthly. And having got the equipment from them shouldn' t there be a warrant?
