I have been trying from the 06 of May to date wasting my money calling call centre without help as they always refer my complain to their credit controller Marothi Shokane that they always keeping me more than 15 minutes and drop the phone before you can even speaking to that particular person. The amount of R 1598.88 was deducted from my account on the the 25 April 2013 and is not reflecting on the the statement. Yesterday I receive another SMS from Bluecane saying " Adt dealer according to Adt your account is outstanding R 2045.40 which will be deducted from your account".

How can they deduct so much money from my account, the contract is R409.02 MONTHLY. Please I need someone to explain to me how illiterate the account department is? are they doing this with intension, to me it look unprofessional. I have sent sent two emails to marothi Shokane who I even ask her/him to contact me as I cannot reach throw their useless call centre that keeping you for more than 10 minutes always advertising there products tkat I'm not sure if is relevent for me to hear.
Please I need explanation and refund and they must cancel their debit order for R 2045.4 that I do not know a
