I ordered security gates for my windows and dealt with a salesman named Dawie Fourie. He told me it will take 6 working days and then they will install. I paid the deposit as requested and on the 10th day I called and was told that the balance must be paid before installation. I told them how I can pay for something I don't have and was then told that the salesman will call me to explain. This never happened and I had to call the call centre again on Tuesday the 31st April to find out what was happening. I was told again that the Dawie will call me back which never happened. I then took leave on Friday the 3rd May and told them that I will pay COD. The installers arrived on Friday and guess what. It was the wrong colour. I ordered WHITE and he came with BRONZE. I called DAWIE and he claims that my wife ordered the bronze colour to match our new aluminium windows. I knew he was lying as my windows are Sliver and not bronze. I then called the call centre and requested to speak to a manager and was told that Mr Shaun Hugging will call me. He said he needs to get all the facts and will call me. To date, this has not happened.. I will never ever deal with MAXIDOR again.
