This is to inform you that I am not satisfied with my installation.
I did not request this colour and no attempt was made to contact me after I had called you.
Tusani, who quoted me did not tell me that you had three colours only! He did deny this later when I called to complain about the colour.
Suppose he just wanted to make a sale.
If I had known that he did not have the dark brown I wanted, I would have went with the Magnador quote.
Full amount was requested before installation and I was happy to comply, because his email indicated that you perform a quality service and that I will not have to worry.
The installation was un-supervised and your guys who came to install did not even know which windows to do.
There was no clean-up after installation, and screws left lying around on my floors for my young children to find, no courtesy or concern for safety.
I am really disappointed in the "quality" of your service, I now have to live with a colour that does not match the rest of the decor in my bathrooms.
No attempt to contact or compensate me was made.
