My husband and I requested a quotation for security doors at Maxidoor in Witbank. A guy named Mosse came and took measurements; we chose the ones we wanted and paid a deposit of R12500.00. The agreement thereafter was for me to come to their offices on the next day and choose a colour. Surprisingly; when I arrived at Maxidoor offices he was not there. The lady that was there showed me different security doors from the ones we paid deposit for. I explained to her that those are not the ones we ordered; we had to call Mosse in his cellphone and ask him and he told me that if we want the ones we ordered we should pay more. I was shocked because that was not what we agreed upon on the previous day. He tried to make stories and from that we decided not to buy the security doors after all because we could not buy what we did not want. Because it was a Saturday I had to come back on Monday to cancel the order and request my deposit back. I was promised my deposit back by one of the managers (forgot her name) in maxidoor offices Witbank. It's almost a month now and we haven't received our R12500.00 back. We have been told so many different stories every time we go there.
