Inconsistant goods delivered

I'm an avon rep and ordered 2 deep bronze multisylo's from campaigne 7 for my avon client. The goods were delivered as part of the order however, it turned out that the deep bronze multistylo's are not the same as the previous deep bronze my client had. I called in at customer care and was told to open the other one (as the other one had been opened already) and see if they both are the same. I did that and discovered that the 2 new products are the same, pink in cloour, while the old one to be replaced was deep bronze. I was then advised to return these to my sales leader, who would return it to Avon but she informed me that she cannot accept open /unsealed products. I am now studk with 2 products I do not use and an angry client... please advice urgently!
Packaging on all 3 (2 new and 1 old) reads deep bronze but when you open them the new ones are pink in colour and not bronze.
