I ordered my Maxidor was very satisfied with the quote and order however thats where it stopped. After being rushed to ensure the deposit and final payments where made in hours i was told installation would occur on Monday the 16 September. After waiting for 2 hours and constantly calling the call centre to be informed the installers where running late, i said fine change installation to saturday and make sure i am the first person so that there can be no delay. i was then told that it was arranged and the installers would be at my house at 9 on sunday morning. after waiting for an hr i called the offices where noone was available and then called the call centre. a very nice lady by the name of monique assisted me and said the branch manager will call me back to let me know what happened. I recieved no call and had to call the branch manager myself. He then informs me that he spoke to the installers and they are on their way. After 11am, more than 2 hrs after i was told they would be there the installers arrive with no apology or remorse for having made me wait so long. This level of service is putrid.
