ON THE 10TH OF APRIL I CANCELLED THE ADT SECURITY CONTRACT AS WE GOT A CHEAPER SECURITY COMPANY. WE WHERE TOLD TO GIVE 30 DAY NOTICE SO I SEND THEM THE EMAIL. THEY TOOK OFF THE PAYMENT AGAIN THE END OF THE MONTH BUT THE ACCOUNT WAS ON THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT NUMBER AND DUE TO SELLING MY BUSINESS IN DECEMBER THE ACCOUNT WAS ALSO CLOSED. NOW IM GETTING PHONE CALLS FROM RUDE AGENTS WANTING TO KNOW WHY THE PAYMENT DIDNT GO OFF. ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT THEY DONT HAVE COMUNICATION AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. PLEASE SORT IT OUT ASAP BECAUSE THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DID EVEYTHING ACCORDING TO WHT THEY TOLD YOU TO DO.
