Apparently in October 2012 Best security took over Top security clients and made a deal with Securitas to split customers by area. I was one the "lucky" costumers deleted from Best security systems but not transferred to Securitas. Yet, Best security continued to run the debit order for the service.
In February 2012 I had a break in and Best security now don't want to take any responsibility for this.
They did not even send out a technician when I requested one.
The CEO Mr Hans Brits was always polite and promised that his PR person Tom will give me the necessary information etc. He even said they have liability insurance which will pay out if they were at fault. Now they are all quiet...
This is what you can expect from Top and Best security.
Not worth risking your safety or your goods with this company.
