Bad service-ADT/Unreliable, inefficient & bad atti

We had an outstanding amount of R1440 and arranged to pay over 3 months which we did finally make payment of R1880 on 7 March 2013. today we are told by the credit provider who might be offering us credit that our account is in 60 days arrears. we decided to call ADT timeously only be told that they cant give us confirmation that our account is paid up because their system shows that its in arrears. i sent an email on 7 march with proof of payment and ADT staff confirmed that the payment is reflecting and account is closed.

so now the credit department says they have not received any documentation that the account must be closed yet they can see the payment on their system. my question is that why must i pay for their inefficiencies? i paid my account a month ago they need to sort it out and send me that paid up letter. we now at risk of been granted a higher interest rate on our home loan application because of this. To date no one has done anything to prove us with proof with company letterhead that this account has been paid up and closed
